You may have noticed a new icon next to the aptitude logo when you log into the platform. Upon clicking the red ? at the top of the page, you will have access to a repository of resources that we are adding to and updating often.
This includes a glossary with core page overviews and common platform terminology, plus new “How to” guides that walk users through common processes in a step-by-step manner.
The first of many was just released last week and takes you through the complete process of creating a request for proposal (RFP). Even if your team has submitted many RFPs in the past, these guides may help you discover new shortcuts or functionality available to you. While this first in app training guide is created for provider users, new guides will be coming soon that will help supplier users as well.
“We have worked hard to develop guides that are thorough and simple to follow,” said Andrea Mahnke, product director for aptitude. “But we also have the ability to update them instantly, so we welcome user feedback to continue fine-tuning the resources – to make them as comprehensive and useful as possible.”
The guides are created to help with onboarding new users and to refresh existing users. In making the platform more user-friendly and accessible, you can maximize the value achieved and allow your team to take full advantage of the business intelligence and advanced functionality that aptitude delivers.
“This project has been a big lift, and we are so proud of the team for collaborating and contributing to the successful launch of this ongoing initiative”, said Sasha Fannin, associate principal for aptitude. “It’s exciting to have a self-guided resource available to users so they can get their questions answered on demand. We are still available and ready to jump in as needed, but we hope this will accelerate and simplify the learning curve for our robust platform.”
