Top 3 benefits of recent homepage updates

Our team is continuously working to evolve and improve the aptitude platform. As we shared during our user forum, access22, several enhancements are in the works and have been recently deployed. One is a refresh of our homepage – which has remained relatively untouched since we launched nearly 10 years ago. With a goal of simplifying and creating efficiency, this new page design is easier to navigate for both new and existing users.

While the primary operations (Catalog, Execute & Manage for suppliers; Create, Execute & Manage for providers) remain present on the screen, the information is now delivered so that users can easily see their top opportunities – and take action. New shortcuts such as the “Recently Viewed” section will help users quickly find active projects and frequently accessed pages. All changes have been made with the goal of Making Category Management Simple.

The update is being well-received by users.

Key Benefits of the new home page:

  • Action-oriented design enables quick access to the most frequently used areas of the platform
  • Streamlined layout now allows for rapid deployment of additional changes and updates as needed
  • New “Recently Viewed” feature supports an efficient user experience and permits users to easily pick back up where they left off
