As contract structures become more robust, our team continues to evolve the platform to stay in sync with the needs of healthcare providers and suppliers. For example, a contract could be created with both an 80% and $100,000 volume commitments.  Tracking multiple types of commitments can certainly present challenges for both providers and their supply partners.

We recently deployed an update featuring a simplified user experience that brings together key metrics at-a-glance on the “Manage” page.

These refreshed pages support a multitude of commitment types and tier structures.  Simplified views offer users clarity around target and average value, providing a quick compliance assessment.

Both provider and supplier views have been updated including:

• Manage list
• Details page
• Participants page (for individual commitment agreements)

The refreshed Manage list view features average compliance and commitment targets shown visually as easy-to-read, color-coded ring charts.  Combination tiers stand out with a double ring representing both commitments.

This is particularly valuable for the individual commitment, as previously users didn’t have a performance indicator unless they dove into the contract. With more data upfront on commitment, users can benefit from faster decision-making.

The refreshed Details page continues the new features found on the manage list view for the current compliance period, as well as a snapshot of the previous compliance period.  We’ve also brought the contract details up to be easier to find.

Individual commitment agreements are now able to provide a more robust view of the contract’s compliance on the Details page by indicating compliance for all partners; versus the previous view which only gave an indication of under-target partners.
