This year has been extremely challenging on many fronts and we are grateful for the fortitude shown by the entire healthcare industry – an industry we are prouder than ever to be a part of. While most of us will be happy to turn the page to 2021, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge some of the incredible strides that have been made in 2020.
The value and necessity of leveraging technology has been accelerated by today’s challenging environment. Our business has more than doubled this year with physician preference items helping to drive that growth– going from 53% of our volume in 2019 to 69% in 2020.
To support this rapid adoption, we have been working diligently as a team to enhance and advance our platform to deliver the information needed to optimize your contracting process and help reduce the total cost of care.
Also noteworthy, effective December 1st, all aptitude platform contracts began being processed via DocuSign for added convenience and efficiency. We hope these new features will help you improve compliance, mange standardization and make the platform even more user-friendly.
We also successfully transitioned our annual user forum – access20 – to a virtual event and shared best practices and industry insights with a larger audience than ever before. In case you missed it, recordings are now available on our website.
